Llama Llama Red Pajama Review

I ordered a rag book of Llama Llama Red Pajama...I received the doll. The invoice clearly said "rag book", but the item number on the invoice and the sticker on the item matched each other. Clearly, there is a mis-filed or wrongly entered item number. I called customer service and a very nice lady took care of me. I reiterated that the item I received was NOT the rag book, and I wanted to make sure I did not receive the doll again. Guess what? Two days later, another doll arrived. So then I got to make two trips to the UPS store. The second order did not give me the option of entering a reason when I went to return it--so I am telling you now.
I purchased the RAG BOOK from Barnes & Noble with no problem whatsoever.
